Banks generally require $100,000 in liquid cash to qualify for small business loan financing. Ideal candidates would possess a martial arts background, or an investor prepared to partner with someone who has this background. They should be comfortable with operations as well as a comprehensive understanding of local business practices and culture in their chosen market.

OMAC Financial Facts

Turnkey costs range from $350,000 – $400,000 and includes an initial franchise fee of $40,000, as well as all store design, opening inventory and development costs (leasehold costs, equipment, signage). We provide an array of services including site selection, lease negotiation, training and ongoing operational and marketing support
(Royalty fees are 6% of gross sales and Marketing fees are 3.0% of gross sales).
