We have the utmost respect for your privacy. We’ve prepared this document to make it easy to understand what we do, and do not do, with the information that we collect from you when you visit this site. Accurately informing our visitors of how we collect, protect, use and share information is incredibly important to us.

Your privacy is important to OMAC Franchising Inc. (“OMAC Martial Arts”). This Privacy Statement evidences our commitment to the protection of personal information and describes the purposes for which we collect, use and disclose personal information.

For the purpose of this Privacy Statement, “personal information” means any information about an identifiable individual, but does not include the name, title, business address or telephone number of an employee of an organization. Information which is publicly available, such as public directory listing of names, addresses, telephone numbers and electronic addresses, is not considered personal information.
What Personal Information We Collect
We collect personal information, including, without limitation, names, addresses, contact information (email, telephone number, text number) from a variety of our users. For those who advertise their property with us, we also collect specific homeowner and property details (such as, by way of example, number of days on market, selling price, asking price, amount of commission saved, your photo, photos of your property, address of your property, testimonials (if provided)), photo identification, banking information, property tax bills and, in certain limited circumstances, legal documents relating to your home.
What We Do with Personal Information
We collect and use personal information for the following purposes:
- • providing you with the products and services you request from (or through) us;
- • offering you services that may be of interest to you;
- • communicating with you (through email, telephone, text message, live chat, mail, social media);
- • developing and maintaining a website which lists properties for sale and describes the various services we provide (directly or indirectly);
- • processing commercial transactions;
- • promoting our home marketing services franchise system, including all of the programs administered by our third party service providers;
- • conducting investigations and resolving customer complaints;
- • managing and developing business opportunities; and
- • complying with legal and regulatory obligations.

To Whom We Disclose Personal Information
We disclose personal information to employees of our Home Office, as well as industry associates who are affiliated with our franchise system, in order to complete transaction or service requests initiated by you. We may also disclose personal information to our advertisers or affiliates and receive information from them for the services we provide to them for invoicing purposes.
We may also disclose personal information to third parties whom we engage to assist us in providing services to you or to carry out the purposes identified above, including, without limitation, our independent contractors, our franchisees and their independent contractors. These third party service providers are prohibited from using your personal information for any purpose other than to provide such assistance and are required to protect personal information disclosed by us and to comply with the general privacy principles described in this Privacy Statement. We disclose personal information to such parties on an “as needed” basis only.
We reserve the right to disclose personal information to a third party if a law, regulation, search warrant, subpoena or court order legally requires or authorizes us to do so.
We also reserve the right to disclose personal information to trusted service providers in our industry networks in order to assist us in delivering quality services to our customers and improving those services over time.
Storage and Security of Information
Each OMAC Martial Arts franchise is an independent contractor of OMAC Martial Arts Inc., and individually maintains his or her own client information and is not an employee of OMAC Martial Arts Inc. All OMAC Martial Arts client files are kept physically at the office of each franchised location, at OMAC Martial Arts Inc. Home Office, and electronically on OMAC Martial Arts computer systems. We ensure that access or alteration to personal information is limited to those individuals who have a valid business reason to access the information.
Knowledge and Consent
We collect personal information about you only when you voluntarily provide it. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. If you wish to withdraw your consent at any time, please contact our company’s Privacy Officer, in the manner set out below. We will inform you of the implications of withdrawing consent.
We will not, as a condition of the supply of our service, require you to consent to the collection, use or disclosure of information beyond that required to fulfill the purposes for which the information is being provided.
Correcting or Updating Your Information

In particular, and with respect to photographs of your image, and photographs of your property, you consent to and expressly permit OMAC Martial Arts to take photographs of yourself and your property, and to use any or all such photographs for and in conjunction with marketing purposes, including, but not limited to customer testimonials, publicity, illustrations, advertising, and for use as website content, as OMAC Martial Arts may, in our sole discretion, deem appropriate.
